Prepare your Body

The woman's body is perfectly designed for pregnancy and birth and it will undergo lots of changes during those wonderful nine months. The abdomen, uterus and hips will expand, the organs will change position, the ribs and diaphragm will go upwards, the blood production will exponentially increase and so the hormones.

This is the Miracle of Life.

Also, during labour the body strategically modify its shape and functions in order to allow the baby to go down and out, everything happens naturally, and I would say even magically, since forever. However, experiencing labour and birth with a healthy body where the pelvic muscles and joints and the structures that support the breathing are free of restrictions is way better. Here you can fine some simple exercises that will help you greatly.

Prepare your Mind

At the very base of Hypnobirthing there is the power of the mind which can greatly help or strongly be disadvantageous. It is essential to train your mind to free yourself from fear and to reach deep calmness. In order to do that, you will learn throughout the Hypnobirthing course what do do and then you will practise daily with meditations and relaxations.
